So what do all the letters (designations mean)? I should be able to answer all of your questions or know who can. There will be very few real estate situations that I have not experienced [selling real estate since 1979] I left Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2001 to work on the Outer Banks of North Carolina with Resort and Vacation buyers/sellers. My goal is to offer you the service that would allow you to feel comfortable to refer me to your friends and relatives. I did coach High School and College football and other sports for more than 20 years.
I quickly learned the oceanfront and waterfront market from Ormond by the Sea to Ponce Inlet. My investing and math background allows me to assist the out of town investor or help the seller PRICE their property to keep from "CHASING THE MARKET DOWN" or negotiate a satisfactory SHORT SALE.

More "STUFF"
When Indiana started doing Real Estate Continuing Education my agents encouraged me to teach the classes (16 hours every two years). In the following years I wrote 31 courses approved for CE credit and joined forces with a number of national speakers to offer courses under my umbrella "BEST YOU CAN BE SEMINARS." I still do several programs a year when I visit family in Indiana.
The love of warm weather, the ocean and the great Florida Real Estate Market took us to Daytona Beach. My wife, Chris and I purchased a home in Daytona Beach in August 2004. A few days later the hurricanes hit. There was considerable damage to this second (rental) home. In the spring of 2005 we made the decision to move from the Outer Banks to Daytona Beach.
In 2005 Adams Cameron & Co., REALTORS hired me as their manager for the Palm Coast Market. I have been active with the local board of realtors – serving as the education chairman for 2009 and 2010, and active with the Port Orange-South Daytona Chamber of Commerce.
Chris and I and Leon (black lab) live in Daytona Beach Shores. I hope we can do business together.
